History of CashMan Services

Welcome to CashMan Services, an independent armored car company that has been operating successfully for 26 years. Originally starting as an ATM service provider for retail ATMs, CashMan was acquired in 2007 with a focus on financial institutions as the primary target market. With the managing partners’ expertise in ATM services and secure transport services, CashMan became a unique and diverse company in the armored-car industry.

Despite tough competition from bigger players such as Brinks, Loomis, and Diebold, CashMan has proven to be a force to be reckoned with in the cash-in-transit and ATM industries. Over the years, CashMan has taken over multiple service contracts for local credit unions and banks in Utah and currently serves 70% of the available market in the state.

At CashMan, our mission is to ensure our customers are happy, securing lasting and successful relationships. This way, we can assure we have ongoing business while providing increasing job opportunities and growing with our customers. Our company vision is “Happy Employees, Happy Customers.”

Aaron Hoopes

Founder & CEO

Aaron Hoopes, CEO and Managing Partner of CashMan, brings an unconventional leadership style to the armored car industry. Boasting over 21 years of experience and an affinity for sports, Aaron’s approach resembles that of a football coach – trusting his team members, delegating responsibility, and encouraging employees to take risks and shine bright.

Aaron takes an unconventional approach to leadership: rather than being at the forefront, his style of leading CashMan is less hands-on and allows employees to explore new ideas without interference from above, which has contributed to its immense success in the industry. Aaron puts trust in his employees which has propelled CashMan forward with innovative concepts and implementations.

Aaron coaches the Farmington Football team in Utah, instilling discipline, teamwork and dedication among its players. These same principles translate well to his leadership at CashMan where he encourages his team members to collaborate towards one goal.

Under Aaron’s direction, CashMan Services has emerged as an industry leader, known for their cutting-edge approaches and excellent customer service. His distinctive leadership style not only empowered his team but also contributed to CashMan’s growth and success.

Vice President

Collin Cuthbert serves as Vice President of Customer Success for CashMan and is a Managing Partner, offering 18 years of experience and expertise to his role. He has been instrumental to CashMan’s growth by serving in various capacities that have contributed to its success.

Collin has an exceptional leadership style, distinguished by a warm and approachable personality that makes him beloved among his colleagues. As Vice President of Customer Success at CashMan, Collin ensures our clients receive only the highest-grade care and service, going the extra mile to create exceptional customer experiences. His competitive spirit shines through in all he does while remaining friendly and approachable – an asset in any team environment!

Lizzy Solies is an energetic leader with more than 10 years of experience in the armored car industry. Serving as Chief Operating Officer at CashMan, she ensures an unparalleled standard of client services and provides unsurpassed support to CashMan staff and clients alike.

Lizzy stands out as an exemplary trailblazer within CashMan with her proven record of success and impressive rise through its ranks through hard work and unwavering dedication to excellence. Her leadership style exemplifies these characteristics through cohesive team formation, her collaborative spirit and her willingness to lend a listening ear for colleagues at all levels of the company.

Lizzy is also an advocate of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, believing that all individuals deserve an equal chance to succeed. Therefore, she has initiated several innovative training programs designed to develop Cashman employees’ talents.

CashMan has also take the Elevate Her Corporate Challenge by Evaluating current leadership development and mentoring programs available to women in the organization, or implement such programs and track increases in female employee participation. Through all these efforts CashMan was honored to receive the top 100 companies championing women in Utah and will continue to work hard to advocate and empower women in our company and community.
